I was having and issue where I could get to the OWA screen on Exchange 2007, bunt could not log in.  Exch07, Server 08.  The problem was that 2 of the roles were missing.

So I had a problem now on 2 exchange 2007 servers running on Server 2008.  Going to https://servername/OWA would return an 500 Service Error.  The Final Resolution to it was this KB Article.
